Problem with website, can’t change call package

My parents would like to change from Anytime to Unlimited UK and Mobile Calls. The website only gives them these options:

Plusnet Weekends
Plusnet Evening and Weekends
Plusnet Anytime International 300

Are they doing something wrong?

I'm sorry for the issues your parents are having changing the plan and for the hassle caused trying to get this sorted! It sounds like they may be on a legacy broadband product.
