Removing 1571 answerphone

Looking at previous posts on this it appears a plus net representative has to remove it centrally and it cannot be done via the portal.
Hopefully someone will pick this up and oblige

This can be done via the portal if there is no other (stuck?) Change in progress.

If there are other pending changes then you'll need staff intervention.

In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
