Unwanted voicemail on landline

I've just discovered that voicemail seems to be active even though I rejected it when I signed up.  I've checked my settings and voicemail isn't selected.  How can I remove it?

Apologies for the issues with Voicemail still being there when you asked for that to be turned off. I've placed an order to do that for you and it should take effect within the next 2 to 3 hours.
