Viewing calls made in current month, billed and unbilled; a problem

In the last week I made a long call, which now I need the time and duration of, Selection of Billed Calls shewed nothing, but the Unbilled list was unreachable because the screen darkened and I could get no further, Is this another PN system fault to be fixed some year?Roll_eyes

Lastly as the call was to an 0800 number, would it have even been recorded at all?

No one has to agree with my opinion, but in the time I have left a miracle would be nice.

@Luzern Can't comment on you first paragraph, as it is a while since I ever looked at that page - and I couldn't even if I wanted to, but 0800 numbers (IIRC) are not listed, as there is no charge for them.

Confirmed - 0800 calls are not listed.

I thought that might be the case, but as any number called can be essential for tracing details of time and duration, the logic of not listing 0800 numbers because they're free is severely defective.

@Luzern I don't think BT even pass that data back, so it would be very hard to produce it on your records.

Re: Viewing calls made in current month, billed and unbilled; a problem

From Ofcom document

CONSOLIDATED VERSION OF GENERAL CONDITIONS
AS AT 22 SEPTEMBER 2014 (including annotations)

http://stakeholders.ofcom.org.uk/binaries/telecoms/ga/GENERAL_CONDITIONS_22Sept2014.pdf

12.4 The Communications Provider shall ensure that calls which are made
from a Subscriber’s telephone which are free of charge to that
Subscriber, including calls to helplines, shall not be identified in the
Subscriber’s itemised bill

This seems to be designed to protect vulnerable people in a household if they make a call to, say, Childline.

Discussed here - https://community.plus.net/t5/Home-Phone/0800-numbers-in-Itemised-Bill/td-p/960140

but seemingly without a resolution.
