Voicemail forever pending

Hi there. I have sent several people are having the same issue as I am....

On my home phone it says my Voicemail is awaiting activation, I didn't realise this was the case but now realise this is why no one is able to leave a message as it's not currently active.

It's very strange as it used to work fine and think it was after the last renewal that it started not working, which is months ago now.

Is it possible to have this corrected please? It's stopping me from making other charges to my account as it says 'An error has occurred
You cannot make any changes to your account while there is a phone order in progress.'

I've triggered for voicemail to be activated within the next hour. Really sorry for the issues you've had with this.
