call features stuck after making a change

I tried to add a call feature of barring international calls over a month ago. At the time for some reason, it took my voicemail and call protect off as well despite me not requesting this. I added them back on then I then completely forgot about it until today when logging onto my account it says the following message when trying to see my call features:
"Your call feature(s) will be added to your account on the next working day. Please note: if you've requested to add any call features, you cannot add or remove further features until this is complete.
It seems that my voicemail, call protect and international barring are still not active a month later. Could someone look into this and unlock them please as I can't make any changes my end.

I'm really sorry to hear what has happened.
I've placed an order to activate those call features, which should complete within 24 hours.
Once done, I'll make sure your account is updated and the error message removed.

Exactly the same thing happened to me.
Phoned up the first time and told it would be sorted in 72 Hours.
5 days later phoned again and this time it was "sorted " at the time but I lost all my call features but were able to reinstate.
A few days later tried adding Call Barring.
This lost all call features except one and has locked he out awaiting order to be progressed.
Had spend several hours setting up Voicemail Plus and Call Protect to have lost all this info.
Not impressed at all.
Plusnet need to get this sorted or they will be losing a lot of customers.

I've had similar problems when changing (or attempting to change) my call features, there must be something fundamentally faulty with the way PN administer the phone accounts.
As no Plusnet customers will have a phone service after the end of next year. I doubt it's something that's going to get fixed now....
