deactivate voicemail

Hi, I need to deactivate voicemail. Tried calling the help desk but they did not understand the question never mind how to achieve it.

 

Reading the forums it seems that requests are picked up from here & actioned - Hope thats true.

It's true, but might take a day or two, and of course it's the weekend just now.

Meanwhile, you should be able to do it yourself by logging into the Member Centre and heading to:

https://www.plus.net/member-centre/phone/call-features

I'm really sorry for the issues you've had to deactivate voicemail.

I've arranged this and it'll be removed within 24 hours. For future ref, you can do that via the link which @198kHz provided.

Yes that's what the site implies but it does not work.

The page autofills a tick in the box no matter what you do - CS have to deactivate

Ah that's really odd. What web browser are you using and did you try a different browser?

Hi, I'm having the same problem, I can't deactivate the voicemail option, it keeps switching itself back on.

The box is unchecked but underneath it says "Currently active".

Any suggestions?

I'm sorry to hear you've had issues removing voicemail from your line.

I've sorted this out for you now and it should be gone in the next hour or so
