IPv6 test account not being fully used

Given there are a considerable number of other users who would like to have a go with IPv6, this hardly seems fair:

That's mainly because he's been helping to diagnose slowdowns and it's easier if he sticks on one account.

The trial was closed to new takers some time ago what makes you think that they would reuse someone else's test account?

Because some user/s have voluntarily given up their IPv6 test accounts and they have been re-distributed to other interested users - http://community.plus.net/forum/index.php/topic,125988.0.html
