Is there anything on our accounts to say we are on the trial?

The reason I ask is that a recent ticket included this in it's response:
Quote I have tested the line and everything seems to be fine with your connection. I have noted that currently you are not showing as connected with our details. I would suggest checking the login details in your router because if you are connected with the wrong details you maybe getting incorrect traffic management.
