North America running out of IPv4 addresses

ARIN (North American Registry) is now in Phase 4 as it has one /8 block of addresses remaining after allocating a 104.64.0.0/10 block to Akamai yesterday.

Same goes for LACNIC now - leaving only AFRINIC not in IPv4 exhaustion.
