No.

Looking at the rate of worldwide IPv6 adoption, it will be many years (if ever) to become fully adopted -

The UK is near enough tracking the worldwide IPv6 adoption rate -

I have my doubts that the author of the video knows what they're talking about because for example at time=2:17 it says -
"China has set aggressive IPv6 targets to become fully IPv6 operational by 2025"

Well (if true) they've got one hell of a lot of catching up to do to achieve that ! -

My home network has been using IPv6 since 2013, and has consistently used around 86% IPv6 traffic for most of that time.

The ONLY device I have that isn't IPv6 capable and connected to the internet is a Gigaset N300A VoIP phone base station, which is a little annoying knowing that my VoIP provider (A&A) is fully IPv6 capable.

Got he correct clip this time, but like @outcast , I don't think the author is that clued up. Some  of what he says is somewhat questionable, and as stated his statistical analysis is slightly 'off'.  He might kid a few with a lack of knowledge, but anyone with a reasonable understanding is going to dismiss this as quackery.

PN were (are?) working towards introducing IPv6. However, testing fell over at the first hurdle (a single user test) and we've not heard anything since.

It was reported by PN prior to the test that the work to intrduce IPv6 would allow the removal of Legacy platforms which would save money. This was the justification for going ahead as I understood things.
