anyone else getting their ip shifting?
I am using DHCP-PD to get an ip of plusnet and it seems to be changing.

Re: ipv6 ip changing

Do you mean the IP of your router or of your desktop PC?
Be aware that Windows PCs for instance will cycle the last half of the IPv6 address at random as a privacy measure. This is normal.

Re: ipv6 ip changing

And, to add, do you mean the actual prefix rather than (just) the address?
In answer to your question though, mine's remained the same as always.

Re: ipv6 ip changing

I believe the prefix has stayed the same, I think I added my desktop ip to tbb by accident and it might be just that one thats changed not the one assigned to router, so I will report back if I see it change.
what is interesting is that if I login to a ssh session via ipv6, the ssh server see's the ip assigned to the router.
however browsing a website such as tbb see's the ip assigned to my desktop.
