I have to use a larger font. The app has jumbled everything together so I can't read it.
The app keeps saying 'Oops something went wrong' when I try to log in (guessing where I'm typing) - I can't reset my password. I have tried my account number as a user name. both ways of my mobile number (+44, 07) neither are coming as correct. I've deleted and reinstalled my app twice. I have put the font small to test if that is what is wrong but still not working.
I am a new SIM customer - Please sort this out.
