14 Day Cancellation Period Refund.

Where is my due refund? My cancellation was confirmed 2nd November. Today is the 7th December. Still no refund of upfront subscription charge! To make contact by telephone has been impossible - hanging on, hanging on - never been answered. Letter sent but still no acknowledgement! Plusnet state `excellent customer service` this should be taken to trading standards as this is the worst customer service i have ever experienced----there has been NO customer service and is completely opposite to the lovely, friendly advert! Where is my due refund?

Hey there @Hercules38 so sorry for the late reply, we are super busy at the minute.

 

Sorry about the issues with the refund, if you don't have a direct debit still active on the account you should receive an email within 14 days. Have you received an email at all?

What a pain, not even in the junk/spam? Let me find out what's going on, I am going to email the billing team and find out for you. Should have a reply within few days in which I will let you know.
