2 months into new contract charged at out of contract cost

Hi guys, I'm sure it's an admin thing but having changed 3 months back to a new 24 month contract for full fibre 300 at £34.99, I just got a bill for £58.30? It seems I've been charged for ff300 twice minus ff145?
Could someone pop into billing and see what might have happened there please!

It is, @pvmb , but I wonder if some of the human data input is also to blame - after all, computers don't suddenly think: 'Oh, just for a laugh, I'll mess all my data up'?

If you login to your PN account you can check the bills to see exactly what you're being charged for.

I've had the same issue! Just changed to fibre 145 on a new contract, which states £27.99pm. Gave up the landline too. Being charged £43.20. Why is this?? Please help 🙏
