24 month contract, only lasted 12 months

In Nov 2021 I signed up to a 24 months contract for Broadband and phone at £22, which was supposed to be Broadband discounted to 78p. I've today been sent a bill with the discount zero'd. At the time I had to contact the team again as one of the online views marked the contract end date as 12 months, and that was reset and still shows an end date of 17th Dec 2023.
Please could you look at this and correct and reissue my bill to the agreed terms.

Called PlusNet this morning and they confirmed it's a mistake and will be adjusting it back. To plusnets credit the call was answered quickly, when things go wrong you can't ask for more. Apart from it not to go wrong in the first place.
