£50 Plusnet Reward Card not received

Hi,

I booked a renewal and upgrade from fttc to fttp 145/160 on 16th November 2022 for installation 23rd December 2022, which went ahead as planned. The email for the £50 reward card offered for the fttp 145 account change hasn't appeared.

I called earlier and spoke to a member of the PN billing team to chase the card email, and she spent ages looking through tickets etc, and didn't even seem to know about the offer. I asked if a ticket about my query would show on my account, and was told that it would, but none has appeared.

I see similar posts have already been raised, and to be honest I had looked on the forums before and saw that other customers were in a similar position, so I thought it was going to be a case of waiting, while the relevant team went through the process of realising that it had gone wrong and proactively fixing it for customers (they have the information required to work out who would have qualified).

Do I need to call again, or is there some kind of ticket that I'm unable to see?
