I am a new customer joining as of 08 October. I realise it has only been a week since I joined but is there any way that someone can check if my reward card has been dispatched or scheduled to be? I have read several posts of people not receiving them etc so just wanted to check. Also to get confirmation of whether this is via email or post. I also screenshotted the deal which included the £50 reward card incase so can prove that when I signed up and agreed to switch on 23 September it was on the basis of also receiving this deal moving from Vodafone.
