Hi, I’ve not received any email, regarding the £75 reward card I signed up for. My account was set up in November and broadband connected 23/12. Can someone advise please

IIRC the email notification is sent following 21 days after the service start date.
In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links
Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
