Well i must say i am very disappointed with the Plus net's response on this. I chased the card 1 day after the claim date finished, after returning from a month in Dorset working with very limited internet access and unable to check the account.
The Plus net response has been 'Tough' you didn't claim this in time so now are unable to claim.
I thought i had completed that form but apparently not...........so they say.
1 day late and you lose £ 80. The fact i couldn't access and check anything does not matter.
The question remains, Why would i chase up where the card is if i didn't do it in the first place!!
The £80 card was the reason i swapped to Plusnet, sadly they found a way not to give it to me. But rules are rules they say, very poor customer experience is very poor customer experience from my perspective.
Looking forward to the contract end and swapping provider!

I am also waiting on my £100 voucher, I have the chat transcript from the agent and a screenshot of the £100 reward card offer. Our broadband has been in use since 01/07/22 however I haven't received an email or letter. I've emailed a few times and left a post in the forum however not received a reply.
