Account Closing

Unfortunately due to circumstances my bank cancelled my bank card and debits due to potential fraud, I tried changing my payment methods on my Plusnet and believed it went through fine, but I was unaware that no money was taken from my account until my internet was shut off, to which I promptly checked and discovered that my bill wasn't paid. I promptly rectified the deficit but I'm being met with a message on my account saying that my account is being closed and I still have no internet. I spoke to a member of customer service on Thursday and was assured that everything will be fine and back to normal, but that ticket is no longer seen on my account and I'm in the dark with no clue of what's happening to my account.
