Hello,
I was wondering if anybody could help me as i am now out of contract and I'm unable to renew or upgrade as I receive an error message on my account that says "You cannot make any changes to your account while there is a phone order in progress." I don't have any changes on my account.

You will need a staff member to sort this - the (supposedly) automatic method of clearing this message on completion of account changes is totally broken - or it could be BT's B2B system at fault.
Whichever it is, it needs sorting, but don't hold your breath.

You could phone the PlusNet Customer Options Team on 0800 013 2632 to get your new contract sorted. They'll advise what's available. Tell then you can't do it online due to a website error.
I believe this number gets answered fairly quickly.

I've triggered the order to complete, there are some call features showing in awaiting activation status.
If you check again this evening, the error should have cleared, so you can renew or upgrade.
