I can see the order hasn't completed in this instance, so it's a legitimate error message. 

From 31st October 2022, I no longer have a regular presence here as I’ve moved on to a new role.

@Gandalf OK in this case, but we had such a spate of 'failed clearances' earlier in the year that I created a 'copy and paste' response template to save having to type it all out every time.
