Account cancellation not processed

Hello,

I cancelled my account (username [Removed]) with effect on 12/11/2021 , this was logged as query 219202436 and I received an email confirmation. However, despite this, I continue to receive bills from you and money is being taken from my account. Can you please immediately process the account cancellation and refund me for the money you took without my authorisation.
