Due to poor service I have a credit in my account. The email I received telling me this said I could check this by going to my acccount. I cannot find the details anywhere.
@bogart99 the credit should appear on the next monthly bill after it is applied to the account. On that bill the credit amount should be shown with the balance adjusted accordingly
Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
