Account error

My account constantly says that I cannot make any changes while there is a phone order in progress. Has been like that for months!

Hi @catrionaiversen 

There are a couple of call features stuck in a pending activation status, so I've placed an order to progress these and the error message should disappear from your account within the next 24 hours.

I'm really sorry for the inconvenience this has caused.

From 31st October 2022, I no longer have a regular presence here as I’ve moved on to a new role.
