Billing

I really dont understand my bill. Normally I pay 27.99 a month. My contact ends on 14th January new bill is 49.21. £6.99 of that is for postage for new rounter. I just dont get why it's so high This is the break down for 1st dec

But my bill for 1st January

@Sophie6 you are billed for your services monthly in advance. Since your contract ends on 14th Jan , you will pay the discounted price up to that point and then the full price for the remainder of the billing period. As you see, the bill is broken down with charges applying for the two periods, 1 Jan to 14 Jan and 15 Jan to 1 Feb

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

@Sophie6  This looks like discounts have not been applied to a new contract, I assume you have re-contracted if they are sending a new router. You will need staff intervention to sort it out.
