Account messed up since house move

Hi, the house move completed and we have working broadband and phone at the new house, but for a while now your website has been showing errors and other weirdness on many pages of the member centre, could someone take a look and see whats going on/why the website is so confused?

From the tickets, it seems like an agent tried to place an order for something we already have and its blocking everything else, plus we're missing our static IP block we had previously (see #230017202).

Thanks for the reply, it is appreciated. I just checked out the update on the ticket and will wait and see if the contract start date resolves the issues, honestly I thought the contract had already started when the house move completed and services became live at the new house Smiley
