Account restricted

Hi,

 

My bill was paid last Friday and my account is still showing as restricted, even though it was only a couple of days late. I'm trying to renew my contract, as my bill has went up to over £40, and I don't want to have to pay this much again. I also have no voice due to long covid so can't talk on the phone for ages to get this sorted. Can someone help please?
