I logged in to pay my bill & at the top there's a notification that says I can't make any changes as there's already a change in progress. I didn't try to make any changes & I don't know what change would be in progress. I'm just wondering how to clear the notification.

It could be the last change/re-contract you made - the B2B system seems to be broken. It should not stop you making a payment though.

I was able to make the payment. Just the notification is annoying haha. Thanks for the information 😊

I agree it is annoying. If you want the flag clearing, I suggest you ring in tomorrow and ask for it to be sorted.
