Adjusted Bill/Refund following cancellation after minimum term

Hi,
I would like to know the timescales please for receiving Adjusted Bill/Refund following cancellation after minimum term.
My minimum term ended on 25 Nov 2022 and my service ceased on 5 Dec 2022 (following confirmation of cancellation by letter in October 22 and then by phone to customer support on 21 Nov 22).
Payment for the billing period of 25 Nov 22 - 25 Dec 22 was taken on 2 Dec 22 and I would like to know when this will be updated/refunded to reflect the service only being provided from 25 Nov 22 - 05 Dec 22.

@woodlock79 Your final/adjusted invoice is usually created ~21 days after service cease.
