You cannot make any changes to your account while there is a phone order in progress
Hi,
I've had the above message displaying for months now. Attempting to turn Caller ID and voicemail on.
Something has stuck?
I've seen other posts where this has been fuxed manually where the automation has failed.
Fixed! Go to the fix.

Unfortunately this one isn't a quick fix like the others, as the call features on the account are correct, and reflect what's on the line at the moment. I've just raised a task with our Billing Operations Team to have this sorted out though.
Give it another go in three working days and let us know if you're still having issues.
