An error has occurred You can't change your products for the moment

As above error.

 

Since taking out Plusnet Broadband I've always had this on the account when logging in:

 

An error has occurred

You can't change your products for the moment, you have an order which is currently being processed. Please try again later.

A whirlwind of magic has been done and the error should now be gone. Smiley

Hi Gandalf , I wonder if you could cast your wand over my account as I have the same issue, and it's preventing me for getting a cheaper deal .
