The following message appears even though I have not made any orders.
An error has occurred. You cannot make any changes to your account while there is a phone order in process.
I also get the following message when I click on the Offers and Upgrade tab.
Something’s gone wrong
Please wait until we’ve finished updating your phone service before making another change.
I have tried to call but was just kept on hold for ages and Chat appears to be completely virtual now and directs me here.
I see that others have had the same issue and one of the Admins usually helps. Please may I request the same from Admin.

Hi @FirkinAle, thanks for getting in touch. I've sorted this out for you now, if you log on the error message will be gone. If it's still there, clear your cache and cookies and try again.
