An error has occurred

I have had the same error on my account for a long time now, It just says "An error has occurred, You cannot make any changes to your account while there is a phone order in progress". I don't understand what this means but I do know I don't have any phone order in progress, I need to make some changes on my account but I can't with this error.

@Unlucky Hopefully a staff member will pick this up tomorrow and correct the failure of the system which caused it.

@Unlucky I have popped it through the system and it should be fixed today at some point.

I had this come up just after renewing (another story)

 

I thought it had messed up my account but it is clear today..

My account has the same problem after switching to full fibre.

@DebbieB – Sorted, I’ve raised a ticket on each of your accounts to force the system to mend it. Just give it about 24 hours.


@grazuncle – Your account seems to be ok.
