Automatic compensation for delayed activation.

I have had a 30 day delay on the activation of my full fibre. I believe the compensation is calculated at £6.10 per day, which would equate to £183. I have had an email saying I'll be credited with £128.10. I have replied to the email with my questions but have heard back nothing else.
Are my calculations wrong? Or are Plusnet trying it on?
