BT Sport from PlusNet ceased on 5th July.
I can no longer watch BT Sport on Apple TV or on a new device using my BT ID. However, I can still watch it on my iPad app.
I have tried ordering a monthly pass from BT but it won’t let me do that as it says I still have BT Sport from PlusNet.
It looks like when the service ceased on the 5th, it didn’t properly remove it from my BT account. I called BT and they have told me this is a problem for PlusNet to resolve.
Can someone from PlusNet please look at this for me?

Have you tried signing out of the app on the iPad?

That’s a good suggestion. I’ll log out of BT Sport on every device I can think of and try again tomorrow.

Having logged off, if I try logging in to BT Sport, it says I don’t have a subscription. Fair enough. However, the BT website says I still have a subscription to BT Sport from PlusNet.
I’ll check the BT account tomorrow in case some overnight process needs to run to delete it.

just checked my BT account, it also says I subscribe to BT Sport from Plus Net
Clearly plusnet need to look into this

I have just checked my account detail and BT sport has gone. It was ceased on the 5th July and my billing date was 6th.
The account only shows the broadband and phone components as active.

I and probably @TheJayBee are referring to the BT Account (www.bt.com) My BT where the BT Sport app from plusnet is/was managed
It has gone form my plusnet account.

I raised this problem with PlusNet who contacted BT. BT have deleted my BT account ID.
Hopefully, I should be able to create a new BT account when I order a BT Sport monthly subscription.
If this problem has happened to me then I assume it will have happened to others. If so, then contact PlusNet support and ask them to contact BT to get your account ID deleted.
