Not app then their website yes I’m looking at my emails and I’ve not had anything, I was told to pay on the 12th and I did, then on the 20th I had a look on the website and it said I was up to date with money
I’ve been told I was meant to make a payment on the 25th feb. On the 20th of feb I looked at the website and it stated that I wasn’t due to pay anything till mid march, if I was due to pay in febuary why wasn’t I told I was meant to pay? Like the website told me my next payment date was mid march not febuary
