My service transferred to a new provider yesrerday but today I've received a bill covering the period until the 16th March. I was expecting to receive a final bill!
Fixed! Go to the fix.

Your final bill - with any outstanding charges/credits is issued within 21 days of your new supplier taking the connection over.

I'm sure you know not to close your direct debit until your PN account is cleared and closed, any credit due will be paid into your bank account.
