Bill has doubled despite renewing contract

Hi.

My bill this month has nearly doubled and my account says out of contract, despite me renewing last month. I tried calling the support line to discuss but couldn't get though. Feels like a billing error, how do I get this looked at?

Call support.

It’s probably just timing issue. How close to the end of the contracted period did you renew? The next bill should show all of the adjustments. It will though be complicated with several charges, refunds and recharges.

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

I’ve reviewed the account, and it looks like our support team has resolved the issue. It seems the problem was due to a stuck change in the background that prevented the contract from starting.
