Hi there, I have an issue with my bill for 16th January. It seems double what it should be. My contract ended 17 of Jan and I renewed it on the same day, so I'm not sure why I'm being charged £55.52.
Could you please revise my last bill since it seems this was an error.

@alwaysbygrace If you renewed your contract on the day it expired, then, because your invoice is prepared 7-10 days prior to the due date, and is for the following month, this one would be created as if you were out of contract. Any over-payment will be credited back to your account in the next invoice, but it is not possible to 'revise' an issued one.
