Hi, Can anyone tell me how to contact plusnet, our contract still has 5 months to run but just got a large bill increase.
Been trying tweeter/x for days and no response and don't get on too well with phones.

The options you have tried are only ones available, I'm afraid, if you have phone 'issues'.

I can see you have raised this with our higher escalations team and they will assign you a case handler in the next few days.

Just got an email saying my contract has ended so I have asked why my account is showing 5 months left.
