Billing error

Good evening, 

I renewed my broadband contract back in august (around the 8th) but my last two bills from august 24th(?) and September have billed me at the out of contract amount of £41.75 instead of the £23.99 of the new contract.

If somebody could look in to this for me then that would be grand.
