Hi,
I recently extended my contract with plusnet, my agreed price to stay was not honored on my first bill and the second months bill has nearly doubled! any ideas???

This is exactly what has happened to me.
The bill is also a complete mess, it has about 20 lines of duplicates charges and discounts.
Billing system must have serious messed up.
Can't get through on the phones at all either.
Hung on for 40 minutes and gave up.

that`s what I`m doing now. I thought the first bill was different due to what I had agreed because of old and new contracts overlapped. This month I appear to be paying for two or three broadband products plus line rental. I wont be hanging up untill i get through. If I fail to get through before 8pm I will be going to the bank tomorrow to have them limit my payment to what was agreed, if they cant then plusnet will be charged for any bills from the bank i receive for overdraft limits being exceeded.

about a hour on the phone and now appears to be sorted, fingers crossed.
