Billing issue

Hi. I’ve just had my latest bill (3 Dec to 3 Jan 2023) and I don’t understand why it’s now jumped from £20.62 to £34.98 and all the discounts have been removed. Our contract is not due to end until 3 Jan, I thought we still had one more month. Could someone please help? Thank you so much.

@obbtn1997 The PN accounts system has legendary ability to screw things up at renewal time, as I know to my cost, but maybe you have miscounted your renewal day? Either way you would be best to ring PN (I know, I know) as the staff do their best but cannot monitor this site all the time. All the best!

Thanks for the reply Mike. Just checked the contract and definitely should have been charged at the old rate for one more month (it should have been 18 payments at the discounted rate but it’s only been 17). I’ll try and get in touch with Plusnet!

@obbtn1997  Just to check, try logging in to your account on the member centre, the opening page will have details of your contract length and end date.

I made my first payment by debit card when I first signed up, so I'm expecting 17 Direct Debits by the end of my contract.

 

How did you make your very first payment?
