Billing

After finally getting sorted new router etc, which I was told went out for delivery, chased it up after nearly 2 weeks, it hadn't gone out, sent that day so sorted but they also told me my bill would go down on new package, which it did for 1 month now this month theve taken an extra £9 had a look on my online bill extra its showing correct amount, so no idea why theyve taken extra! Can't call them as I'm at work cant find an email or live chat etc so adding in here to see if anyone else has had a mess about last few months n if it was sorted ? Thanks
