Re: Broadband renewal

@jab1  Logic and Openreach rules do not go together, if they say no that's it. This thread seems to be repeating itself, but the OP has not replied at all, probably totally confused.🤔

Re: Broadband renewal

I agree I shouldn't have put both those words in one sentence 😀, @RealAleMadrid , but I'm getting very used to posters posing a question and never bothering to check back for replies. That doesn't surprise me, but it does make the initial enquiry worthless, even if it gives others a chance to discuss it.

Re: Broadband renewal

Give them a chance - they might not have been online today.

They did reply yesterday with a screen shot of Checker results which gave us the ability to offer advice.

Re: Broadband renewal

OK, @bmc , point taken, but it happens so many times these days...

Re: Broadband renewal

Thanks for all the feedback.  Did not pick up initially as all the notification emails went to junk folder!  Will call in to see what is possible on upgrade but do not want to lose number.

@thegreggsare

If you want to keep your number then it's probable you need to move to BT - PlusNet will allow you to do so free of any early termination charges. However, you must speak to them first.

Be aware if you do move you lose PN email and any addresses you use.
