You do not have to be at home, but you do have to phone them if you wish to try and negotiate a better deal, or accept the renewal offer they state on your account if you are happy with it.

If you're in a position to do so then you could try phoning the PlusNet Customer Options Team on 0800 013 2632

 

Otherwise login to your Members page and look at Upgrade options to see what's available via PN.
