Broken account renewal link... again

You would have thought this would be fixed - it happens every year.

When you click on the link I getup2.png

 

if reload the page it gives me the offer to take a 12, 24 or 36 month contract so I can do that and then it tells me this

I don't need one because im on a VR600 but I had a hub 1 before that and it was fine .

 

I'm giving up here because, once again, it suggests that the PN upgrade process for my account is borked.

 

And does this mean that Unless I add the phone and the international calling package I'll lose them?

Renewing via COTS invariably delivers better deals.

Contact Customer Options Team (aka COTS)

COTs is the place to go to if you want to find out anything to do with your contract in respect of leaving, renewing or simply enquiring about early termination charges (ETCs). They have their own number and tend to answer quicker than the general customer service number.

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

It's all sorted now thanks - but the original question still remains : Why is the process broken? Why are PN sending emails that when you open the links tell you that the offer is no longer available?
