How can I get my final bill/invoice?

I'm leaving Plusnet with 11 months left on the contract and have been told that there will be a £140 cancellation fee which will be taken by direct debit. I will need a copy of the bill/invoice for my finances, but how can I get a copy after I have left and no longer have access to my Plusnet account?

I don't know how it works with Plusnet, but when I have switched broadband and mobile providers in the past, (from BT, BT Mobile and EE), I have still had access to my online account with the "losing" company for at least 3 months after leaving.

I'm really sorry for how long it's taken us to reply to you.

You'll still have access to your account for 12 months after you leave us so you should be able to access the final bill.

After the 3rd of November I will have a limited presence here as I have moved to a new role
